  • Working Style: This role is 5days onsite 
  • Employment Type: Full-time, Non-exempt
  • Salary: $28–$30 / hour
  • Benefit: 401K, Sick Leave
  • Working Hours: 9AM to 5PM (Including 30 mins unpaid lunch break)

Key Responsibilities
• Provides technical support for end users via phone, email, and in-person by analyzing and troubleshooting issues, and performing hardware/software installation and testing.
• Maintains user manuals and internal documentation to support continuous improvement.
• Performs server administration support including monitoring activities.
• Monitors network environment; handles desktop and network maintenance, software installation, and troubleshooting.
• Performs user account management and basic server administration tasks.
• Prioritizes incoming IT requests and escalates to appropriate teams as necessary.
• Provides periodic IT training to users and participates in regional/global IT-related projects.
• Business travel required within Continental US and South America (1–2 times per year).

︎ Required Qualifications & Skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent IT experience.
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in end-user support with Windows LAN/WAN/Remote Access.
• Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Office365, Adobe Acrobat, WebEx.
• Experience supporting and troubleshooting iOS devices, conference systems, MS Surface, and HP laptops.
• ITIL Foundation, A+, Network+, Microsoft, or other vendor certifications preferred.
• Proficient English communication skills required; Japanese/Spanish preferred but not required.
