日本法人Cinter Technology Japan 合同会社 (Cinter Technology Japan GK)は、同じく米国Cinter Networks社のTechnologyサービス子会社ある米国法人Cinter Technology Services社とカナダ法人 Cinter Technology Canada社と一緒に、IT技術コンサルテーションやプロジェクト管理などのプロフェッショナル・サービスを主にサービス提供をしている。主に米国Cinter Technology Services社と連携しグルーバルにビジネス展開している日本企業の海外へのビジネス展開を支援する。
Responsibilities
- Initiate, plan, execute, monitor, and deliver our operation support and internal projects
- Create project-related documents
- Maintain communication between the team, stakeholders, and clients
- Lead and provide technical leadership
- Ensure that the operational support and internal project’s status is communicated to the team, stakeholders, sponsors, and clients
- Collaborate with the other technical support team
- Create and deliver weekly and monthly reports
- Lead team meetings and sprint reviews
- Align business objectives with the operation support’s an internal project’s goals
- Manage the resource allocation
- Offer operation support and internal project management advice to executives when needed
- Ensure all quality standards are met
- Create internal and external reports if necessary
- Choose the right team members for our operation and internal projects
- Compile quarterly reports using a variety of statistics, written data, and employee evaluations, and present the findings to Chief Executive Officer and Chief Operating Officer in person.
- Attend corporate marketing events and actively promote company brand to outsiders.
Essential Functions
- Provide the support service at the service operation time period, which is instructed by the client and/or company management.
- Be at the client operation site before the service operation time starts.
- Be at the client operation site with the cloths, which was instructed by the client and/or company management.
- Have a proactive communication with client and company management
- Understand requirements and instruction/company management and provide the service based on the requirements and instructions
- Read and understand any company provided documents and training
Qualification and Requirements
- Must be fluent speaking, writing, and read with Japanese and English
- Must be capable of working in a fast-paced, enthusiastic corporate environment
- Should possess at least five to seven years of IT management and/or supervisory experience and/or IT Projects
- BS/BA in Management or Human Resources
- Preferred:
- Willing to recruit and interview prospective employees
- Client service experience
- Proven experience in creating support/project-related documents
- Demonstrated success in delivering support
- Outstanding grasp of IT concepts, processes, and web standards
- Ability to effectively manage small to medium-sized projects
- Proven leadership skills
- Attention to details
- Ability to communicate and solve conflicts effectively
- Strong organizational skills
- Knowledge of one or more project management tools
- Advanced analytical skills
- Budget and time management experience
- Ability to work remotely (some team members work from another office)
