Summary of Duties:
- Lead maintenance and operation of open-system environments.
- Proactively resolve issues by closely collaborating with user departments and IT teams.
- Assess impact areas effectively during modifications of existing systems based on high technical proficiency.
General Maintenance and Operations Responsibilities (including but not limited to):
- Manage inquiry statuses and report to management.
- Troubleshoot issues.
- Investigate impacts during system modifications.
- Develop and execute test cases based on business scenarios.
Skills:
Must have:
- Proven experience and achievements in leading development and maintenance on Salesforce.
- Strong communication skills with stakeholders.
- IT knowledge for troubleshooting on Windows OS (authentication, network, etc.).
- Native English proficiency.
Nice to have:
- Experience with development and operations in Salesforce Financial Service Cloud.
- Intermediate proficiency in Japanese.
